How the Stucare ecosystem fits together
A map of the group in three layers: the founder, the registered company and its agency arm, and the brands that sit underneath.
The Stucare ecosystem is the set of companies, brands and initiatives operated by Stucare Innovation and Creation Private Limited, the Mumbai company founded by Ankit Vala. It reads most clearly in three layers: a founder, a registered company with a digital agency arm, and the brands that company runs. This article maps those layers and marks the joins that have not been confirmed.
Layer one: the founder
Ankit Vala, full legal name Ankit Ashokbhai Vala, born 13 January 2003, is the founder of the group and serves as CEO and director. His positioning line is the shortest statement of what the ecosystem is for: building technology, education, digital products and businesses through the Stucare ecosystem.
Krishna Ashokbhai Vala is the co-director and promoter of the company. Two directors is the whole of the confirmed leadership record, and no other names are published on this site until they have been confirmed and consented to.
Layer two: the company and its agency arm
Stucare Innovation and Creation Private Limited is the registered entity that owns and operates everything else. It is an active education and digital solutions company in Dahisar East, Mumbai.

Inside that company sits Stucare Digital Lab, the group's digital technology and creative studio. Its work is web development, mobile applications, UI/UX design, branding, SaaS products and custom software solutions. It serves clients and it serves the group's own products, and the second use is why it exists at all: a company that ships student software needs people who ship software.
Layer three: the brands
Six brands are operated by the company. None of them is a separate registered business, and each answers a different part of a student's life or a different market.
- STUQUIZ is a student quiz and interactive learning initiative, part of the company's student development work.
- STUKAVACH is a student support and benefits membership, priced at ₹699 to join once and ₹199 to renew each year.
- Stucare School OS is positioned as the group's school management software product.
- STUKHABAR is positioned as the group's student media and news brand.
- BombayBazaar is a curated gifting and lifestyle e-commerce platform for girls and women, live at bombaebazaar.com.
- Scholare is the company's in-house student stationery brand.
The brands are not equally mature, and the site does not pretend otherwise. Where a brand's status, feature set or launch date has not been confirmed, it is carried as a placeholder rather than described as if it were already live.
The node that is not confirmed
Stuverse appears in the group's own material, but nothing about it has been confirmed. It is carried in the ecosystem data as a node with placeholders and has no page of its own. That is the correct treatment for a name that exists without a definition behind it.
Why the shape matters
A single registered company operating many brands is a specific choice with specific consequences. One entity means one filing obligation, one bank relationship, one team and one place where accountability lands. Brands then become a way of speaking to different audiences without multiplying the administrative surface.
The cost is that a brand cannot fail quietly. Everything is attached to the same balance sheet and the same name, so a weak product is a group problem rather than a subsidiary problem. Structures like this reward discipline about what gets to become a brand in the first place.
That discipline shows in how this site treats the group. A brand gets a page when there is something confirmed to say about it, and a name without a definition behind it does not get one. The map is meant to describe the ecosystem as it stands rather than as it is intended to become, and it will change as more of it is confirmed.
How to read the ecosystem map
The ecosystem diagram used across this site follows four rules, and they are worth stating because they are what keep the map honest.
- A company node is a registered legal entity, and its registration details are shown.
- A subsidiary or arm node is a division of a company node, and any unverified registration is marked as a placeholder.
- A brand node is a product or initiative operated by a company node, never a legal entity in its own right.
- An initiative node is a programme of work rather than a product, and it links to the work rather than to a product page.
What is deliberately absent
There are no user numbers, funding figures, partnership announcements, awards or press mentions anywhere in this map. None of those has been verified, and an ecosystem diagram that quietly implies scale is a marketing object rather than a reference one. The gaps are visible on purpose so that they can be closed with real information.
