Case studies

A case study here is the full record of one client engagement, written to a fixed eight-stage structure: problem, research, strategy, solution, technology, implementation, results and gallery.

The structure is deliberate. It forces every claim to be traceable - a result reported at stage seven has to answer a success measure agreed at stage three - and it is why a study is published only after the client has confirmed both the narrative and the numbers in writing.

01Status

No case study is published yet

Every case study record is held in draft until its client has cleared it. The fields below are what a record needs before it can be published.

What a case study needs before it can be published

One engagement, one record. Each of the eight stages has its own body field, and the results stage will not publish a figure without a baseline, a measurement window and a source.

Still needed

  • case study title
  • one-line subtitle
  • client record and written sign-off
  • project year
  • client industry
  • services delivered
  • three-sentence summary
  • cover image
  • the eight stage narratives
  • technology stack
  • measured outcomes with sources
  • gallery images cleared for publication

02The method

Eight stages, in this order

The same sequence is used for a website, a mobile application and a SaaS build, so engagements of different sizes can still be compared on the same terms.
  1. 01

    Problem

    What was not working

The situation before the engagement began: what was failing, who it affected and what the client asked to have solved.

  2. 02

    Research

    What was examined

What was reviewed before anything was designed: the existing system, the people interviewed, the analytics and the constraints found.

  3. 03

    Strategy

    What was decided

The approach chosen, the alternatives rejected and the reason, and the success measures agreed with the client before work started.

  4. 04

    Solution

    What was delivered

The shipped scope: the modules, screens and services built, how they fit together, and what was deliberately left out.

  5. 05

    Technology

    What it was built with

The stack actually used, the reason behind each choice and every third-party service the build depends on.

  6. 06

    Implementation

    How it was delivered

How delivery ran: the phases and their dates, who worked on each, how it was tested and how it was handed over.

  7. 07

    Results

    What changed

What changed after launch, measured against the strategy stage - every figure with a baseline, a window and a source.

  8. 08

    Gallery

    What it looks like

The screens, artefacts and photographs from the engagement, published only once the client has cleared each image.

Stages one to three establish what was true before any work began. Stages four to six record what was actually built and how. Stages seven and eight report what changed and show it - and neither is published until the client has confirmed it.

Questions answered

About these case studies

Short answers to what people ask about the work and how it is reported.

How is a case study on ankitvala.com structured?

Every case study follows the same eight stages: problem, research, strategy, solution, technology, implementation, results and gallery. The order is fixed so that two engagements can be read on identical terms, and so that any figure reported in the results stage can be traced back to a success measure agreed at the strategy stage.

Who delivers the work described in these case studies?

Stucare Digital Lab, the digital technology and creative arm of Stucare Innovation and Creation Private Limited - an education and digital solutions company registered in Dahisar East, Mumbai and incorporated on 30 April 2025. Ankit Vala is its founder and director.

What kind of work do the case studies cover?

Web development, mobile applications, UI/UX design, branding, SaaS products and custom software solutions.

Why are no case studies published yet?

A case study is published only after the client has confirmed, in writing, both the description of the work and every figure reported in it. Until that confirmation is on file the record stays a draft, so nothing on this page is estimated or reconstructed from memory.
